After a sweet sweet surprise proposal in the Hoh Rainforest, Steven and Kari celebrated their engagement evening with a photo session on Ruby Beach, soaking in the Washington Coast through the sound of the crashing waves and rustling trees.
We focused on lifestyle photos and took a more documentary approach so that they could take in these moments together and experience this place fully. It was peaceful and quiet. Ruby Beach is absolutely amazing for its vastness and privacy at low tide. We explored the sea stacks and stayed out until the air was cool and getting dark. I love proposals and it is a really sweet experience to watch couples experience Olympic National Park together through such a beautiful and emotional event.
